Here we go again. Obama does not get credit for anything, but trump gets credit for everything, even the things he totally screws up and lies about. (No, he did not screw up the economy.)
So you're saying maybe Obama didn't do a darn thing "good", it was all Bush? Oh no, wait, all Bush's "good" was Clinton's doing, right?
You can't have it both ways. Either it's all (good and bad) on the current POTUS (as I believe, as he could have changed, or at least tried to change, anything) or none of it is on the current POTUS.
Really? You think when a president leaves office whatever good or bad he has done for the country just stops? Under Obama, the economy was improving. It continued to improve under Trump. They should both get some credit for that.
6/5/2020 11:24 PM
Wait, what? Apparantly all3 is fighting against nuance.

I tried typing a response to all3 here, and honestly, it felt like picking on a child.

This is maybe the dumbest or most naive or childish or most sycophantic thing I've ever seen written about the presidency.

Policies aside, reading through Obama's tweets versus Trump's is a stark reminder of how far our presidential discourse has strayed. And, really, I blame social media. I blame the cultural conditions created by social media. Trump is a manifestation of a social media-wrought cultural decline.
I disagree. In my opinion, Trump is a lying, bullying conman. He would be a lying, bullying conman with or without twitter, Its just that with twitter many more people see him for what he is. (not enough though..somehow there are still a lot of people out there who think he actually gives a **** about anyone other than himself)
Nah, guitarguy was right, social media is a massive problem because too many idiots can see his tweets and think "durrr, he gets it." We can never underestimate the stupidity of people.

Many did. In 2016.

More and more and more hypocrisy.

And I'm of the opinion the cherry-picking what the current POTUS is responsible for vs. what the prior POTUS is responsible for, to fit your divisive, hate-filled Political agenda, is idiotic.
I also think if you're going to try to debunk someone's opinion, you do it with facts and truths, not simply by stating your opinion or calling them a name.
