They need to strike everyone out considering I currently have Frank Thomas manning 1B and bother corner OF spots.

I once played Prince Fielder all season in LF and he did surprisingly well. I guess the sim doesn't really know he was 300+ pounds and his 1B range wasn't going to translate on balls in the gap and down the line.

Screw it. I don't really like any of the RPs left. Let's try a different slant. This team has four SPs (deGrom, Gooden x 2, Smoltz) and two RPs (Smoltz x 2). Instead of adding 5 versions of a RP (where 1-2 kind of suck), let's add a fifth stud SP and some mediocre long relievers.

Because it makes zero sense, and because I'm sure somebody out there was counting on adding Tudor later.

Pedro is at the airport going through security, he said it's going to take an hour or so before he will be able to pick.
As I understand it, TSA also want to interview him about his Sutter pick before the run on relief pitchers.

Update: after PedroCerrano’s extensive TSA strip search resulting from concerns of Jobu being concealed in his luggage, he had limited time to load the plane. He’s on the runway, and expects in 30 minutes, after liftoff, he’ll be able to open his PC and access WiFi.

Looks like it's time to fill my OF position. The best thing about waiting this long in the draft to address this need is that I get to see what characteristics all the smart money (everybody else) are locking in. And I am seeing somewhat of a similar profile.

Of course, going with wise logic has never been my strong suit so we will go with a right-hand hitter with the collective fielding range of a row of telephone poles.
