in the sense of fairness i propose you drop the cap at least 1 day after the free agent signing period begins to give anyone under the cap the chance the grab first dibs.  or if you plan to recruit some more teams then wait until after that to make sure they can build a competitive team.  if you want i can post in my Goon Squad forums to see if anyone wants in.  btw we will have a couple of opening over there if anyone wants in.  they stay full every season

I didn't see this until just now, and haven't been to GHL yet today, but I'm pretty sure I don't have the option to drop the cap until the start of the next season.
