sarah huck sanders got 86'd from a restaurant because the lefty owner didn't like her rightiness

it ought to be illegal to kick someone out of a business because you don't like their whatever

serve everyone or serve no one

but this is what happens when you let bakers refuse to serve gays

They didn't say the baker could refuse to serve gays.

They said he didn't have to bake a cake specifically for a gay wedding.

Big difference.

It's a good thing... Think about it.... Would you want to be required to bake a custom made cake for a white supremacy party assuming you don't believe in white supremacy?

To answer your question.... Yes. It's my job. Baking a cake for white supremacy doesn't make you support white supremacy.

And that is refusing to serve gays.

It's not your job if you own the business.

Doesn't matter if you own your business. as a business owner you can set your own store hours, hire as many employees as you want, choose to close on sundays, etc. who are you to tell that business owner what they can and can not do? in this baker case he does sell cakes to gay people, to anyone who wants to buy them... he just won't custom make a cake for a specific event that goes against his religion (which is protected in the USA).

I disagree. A business owner should have the right to determine who he/she serves. Seems like bad business to me to prohibit one group or another, but what do I know.

Fine. I still don't see why that is different from not serving SHS.

WRONG

The baker has the freedom to serve anyone they see fit in their eyes and within their rights under the Constitution.

If an unruly drunk comes in and demands service, the owner has the right to deny.
If a robber demands service, the owner has the right to die.
If Peter Fonda walks in, the owner has a right to cry.

We all have a right to be ourselves and protect and live in our environment. The laws were conceived and agreed to long ago. They are literally written in stone. One congresswoman or a propaganda machine or all the money in the world bent on destruction of the truth DOES NOT CHANGE TRUTH.

There seems to be one party and one movement IN THIS COUNTRY and AT THIS VERY TIME that demands change without regard to family, religion, tradition or established law.

One movement will win and the other will be destroyed.

I'm gonna give my life over to keeping you all free and solvent for the next 25 years.

GOD bless you.

That crazy, lazy eye of Huckabeast's probably creeped out the other patrons.

Thank You, SCOTUS!

Ahhhh.... I see now. The baker is required to serve gays whatever his store offers anyone else (i.e. his usual goods) and he always has, in fact he even told the gay couple they can choose any of his normal cakes if they'd like. When the request is made to make a custom cake that impugned upon his protected beliefs he is not required to make that cake, assuming the gay couple can go elsewhere to buy it.

Let's put it this way for SHS - would a restaurant be required to make SHS a kosher meal if its not already on the menu? of course not, even though they serve meals for a living. That said they can not deny her whatever they serve anyone else thats on the menu.

Make sense?

I don't get it.

Are you attempting to be funny or make a point or failing at both?
