It all depends on what WifS does over the next 2-3 weeks. If they give away another 150 teams, it will fill. If not, it may sit until the end of time.

I would be against giving any credits out...let these worlds sit open...let the poeple realize they are not going to fill let them leave and close them...I know this will never happen but it should.
