RULE CLARIFICATION QUESTION

Are these statements true?

1. You can NOT use any partial seasons for any player, only the full season

2. As indicated in the forum, the team who the player played last for has the rights to them, but they must use their full season card.

Thanks, just realized that and changed my players around if it is correct.
