mark, why are you looking at the data with any perspective at all? Shouldn't the data be pointing you towards an interpretation -- not the other way around?
If you look at the data with the belief what customer service said was true, that only the upper echelon of power hitters were changed, the numbers mean something quite different than if every hitter was changed, no ? It means a small group of players are bringing overall numbers down.
