he obviously does not believe a free throw is 50/50. he is trying to imply that mr polos claim on the fairness of dice rolls is as absurd as his claim that free throws are 50/50 after a guy shoots 90% all season.
colonels, when you play craps you have to throw the dice off the back wall, which is jagged and extremely unpredictable. you can't significantly alter the probability of any of the outcomes. the house margin on craps is SO small, you would very quickly take an advantage over the house. there are billions and billions of dollars a year in those casinos. if you could roll dice to your advantage in a craps game, you can be damn sure the casino would know about it by now and would have done something to stop it. so your analogy really is a not a reasonable one.
