22 picks 110 Mil (depending upon the season I use). If I get my last three I will be right near 114 Mil.

I think this puts me in the middle of the pack compared to other teams. However, unless someone can pull off a successful platooning strategy, some of that salary won't get used to its maximum.

Have past teams shown a strong correlation between team salary and wins?

Nevcoup, I think $110 million is on the high side. Most of my teams in the past leagues have been around the $100-105m range.
