We're a trucking company. Failure to arrive on time is a problem. You may not only lose that one account but several accounts associated with it. Drivers sometimes think "Man, screw them. They don't care about appointment times and they're jerks anyway" without realizing that the guy unloading the truck may have no say in who delivers the freight. So, after a few attempts to explain this, the only option is to cut the offending driver loose before you're sitting around with a bunch of drivers and no work.

A lot of people consider Dez Bryant to be the #1 WR in the draft and most likely a 1st round pick. If you need a WR wouldn't you rather have a Brandon Marshall ( who's still pretty young - currently 25 y/o) vs. spending your 1st rounder on a college kid who also has had off-the-field issues, not proven anything at the NFL level and a customary 2-3 years away from being a legitimate receiving threat, if at all?

Brandon Marshall is the new TO. Some teams just aren't interested in his nonsense. He had trouble at camp and was suspended for a game the Broncos HAD to win. You don't suspend your best player in a must win unless he's a real problem.
