No that would be Marvin Gardens which is misspelled on every board as the real street in Atlantic City is Marven Gardens.

If you really want it that bad, you can use the Electric Company. You may or may not be fined 10 million by the league office.

As someone who grew up during the '80s, having Reading Rainbow and Electric Company references in the league is just too good to resist.   Kneeneighbor, Electric Company is yours and the fine is waived.

So for those of you who haven't picked yet (not essential to drafting but needs to be done before the league starts), you have the following options remaining:  Oriental Ave., Virginia Ave., New York Avenue, Indiana Ave., Water Works, and Short Line

If you haven't done so yet, I would suggest checking out the two bidding threads in the Theme League forum.  If you have, I made one addition to the rules (small addition- nothing major) and made a few clarifications.
