So now b_l thinks HE gets to decide who is qualified for the Supreme Court. Not surprising since he thinks he knows everything about everything.

He also says if there is someone new who you want to have physical contact with, you just ask them out - that's it? Problem solved? It's free game if they say yes? Do they need to "give a signal"? What a total freaking dumbazs - as always. Asking someone out doesn't change the dynamics of touching at all. Just because they agreed to a movie or whatever doesn't mean they agreed to anything else.

If I wouldn't have so much material I'd need to choose from, I'd start a "DAILY DUMBAZS" thread just for b_l's dumbest comment every day, but I'm just not up for that sort of time investment.
I never said I get to decide. I said it should disqualify him. You know, that's my opinion.

If there is someone new you want to have physical contact with, asking them out is a great strategy. It's probably the absolute best strategy.

I guarantee that "accidentally" touching their breast to see how they react is the creepiest strategy available and only someone who doesn't respect other people would go that route.

Hopefully it's not bad as that only a "few" men manage to make it to adulthood without flashing their peckers in some public fashion.
The pure stupidity of some teenage guy pulling his (likely, tiny) dick out and showing it around would seem to me to disqualify that particular guy from being a Justice of the S.C., IMO.

I can't think of one single instance wherein that "act" could be construed as "smart".
That wasn't necessarily my point. My point was a lot of high school and college students - men and women - do a lot of stupid and immature stuff, especially when they're drunk, that isn't any kind of accurate reflection of who they are now.

What if I live in a state where Kris Kobach is the front-runner to be governor and the only chance to stop him is to vote for Laura Kelly instead of independent Greg Orman?
Who is responsible for these horrible (from your tone) candidates? I'm guessing the Political Parties pushed them to Primary victories, right?

b_l, others may be dumb enough to engage in long-term arguments with you where you twist semantics and back-pedal on what you said, but you know I'm far too smart for that. Go be an idiot with those who play along.

Well, Kelly and Orman aren't horrible. I like both. Kobach is worse than horrible. Orman is an independent BTW, having basically the same tone as you. I would probably vote for Orman if Kobach wasn't the Republican candidate. Unfortunately, he is, and I need to do my part to stop him.

Also Kobach is the Sec. of state. He won the Republican primary 100 votes sooooo..... put the pieces together.

Sounds like you feel about Kobach the way I felt about HRC.
I've been saying for a long time that I thought US Government would continue it's downward trend until a 3rd Party came along, but I'm definitely changing my tune; I want no part of any Party or Parties running this Country. With the technology we have, there is zero need for them. Let individuals vote as individuals and individuals run for office as individuals, and I think we'd have much "better" Government.

The BEST Gov't is the least intrusive. I'm coming around to the viewpoint that (maybe) that is actually Anarchy!
9/27/2018 4:12 PM
I'm not as passionate as you are, but I don't disagree.

You're exactly right.

all politicians are lying, power hungry bastards who will do what they need to do, say what they need to say and lie when they need to lie to keep and increase their power. Doesn't matter what party they belong to.
