There’s some really good players left on the board. As crazy as it sounds, I think unbanning the big 3 helped the bottom of the draft a bit too. There’s potential for a great pairing at the turn.
Ben & I both argued this, and as usual, we were 100% correct.
I disagreed then. I still disagree.
I don’t understand how you could disagree. There are three more players available at 22 than there last season. Three more FIRST ROUND guys. You have better players to choose from than you did last season, and while the top 3 are better as well, there’s a bigger difference at the turn.
but I guess that’s why they make chocolate & vanilla.
I guess the argument would be where you set the talent lines.
I would assume jhsukow’s argument is something like: the new additions create more value for the people in the top three versus who would have been selected in that spot than the three people now available at the bottom create over who would have been there.
That’s a long sentence but I think it makes sense.
I don’t feel strongly one way or the other.
