It's starting to look like I'm going to have to build a Frankenstein monster of a point guard out of spare body parts, stale bread crust, and chewing gum. The past couple rounds are killing me.

The biggest lesson I've learned from the first two iterations of this draft is that PG is by far the most dangerous position to wait on. The pool dries up really quickly; there's always a huge run from late 3rd through early 5th.

I think I'd be better off if I'd reached for Porter or Deron in the third and found a scrap heap SF in the fifth. Lesson learned.

Oh yea, I pieced my PG together in season 1 and it got a little dicey. From what I could see last draft, SF was the position you could most afford to wait on. There's a ton a guys who are good 15-18 min players at the SF position toward the end of the draft. So of course I draft my SF almost right away in season 3.

That was my takeaway as well. Counting LeBron and Harden there is a clear top 7, then like Wade and Kidd after that with some big minuses. Everything after that has tremendous tradeoffs.

I have two of the consensus top 10 PGs, but I still see some tasty options out there.

Gasol at pick 96 is absurd value. I was 50/50 on him versus Drexler and also considered him with pick 64.

gasol vucevic and amare all going that late is awesome value...this was definitely the draft to wait on scoring 4/5s

Happy with my gets and also love Amerks Amare/Harrell turn. That’s great scoring to go with Lillard/Doc/Moses

amerk...thats a really nice pairing with moses and amare...ive always found that moses flourishes when played next to a guy with higher usage

starting to remind me of 20ks team from last season with all that usg tho
