Vikings(9-1): old Favre v. Favre-wannabe Topic

Well, if we had got anything out of T-Jack, we would have won, because the Cowboys offense wasn't very good.

Chilly facing Andy Reid....ooh, this is gonna be a monster of a good game between two titans of football.

Minnesota, please trade Adrian. Don't let him waste away up there. Trade him to the Cowboys so he'll have a meaningful career.

Unfortunately, the Vikings team has too many players who should only be backups. They lost once again, and at this point, we may be counting down to the end of Childress' short head-coaching career.

Never understood why they were so gung-ho on hiring him.

7-9 still sounds about right--after thrashing the chargers today...

The Cheeseheads are up next after the win yesterday. Fav-ruh better not be resting on his laurels, because if he does, EJ will put him into the turf!

i doubt the vikings will beat the pack... then again, i thought we'd get our clocks cleaned by the chargers...
maybe if bollinger starts and the defense shows up... and AD runs for 297 yards...

Real classy move by the Vikes, docking Troy Williamson a game's paycheck because he was busy at a funeral for his grandmother, who acted as his mother growing up.

As I said in another Forum, I don't have a huge issue with it. It's business. He didn't play, he shouldn't earn a paycheck. Plus, it's not like he's not going to be able to make the electric payment this month because he lost a paycheck. Let's put it in perspective.

I own a business, and there is no way I would ever take the stance that you are taking and the Vikings took. You have to take care of your people that is what brings about loyality and respect. After the issues with a boat on a lake, Randy Moss, and putting an inferior team on the field (a team that could be one of the worst in football if not for a rookie running back) you would think that the Vikes would try avoid bad press.

I hope the Vikings management all slip in a puddle of AIDS.
