Your missing the point. It doesnt matter if it helps or hurts me or you. Wat matters is right and wrong.

Actually, yes it does matter. A lot.

And while your point is off because this not a simple right and wrong issue, even still the vast majority of coaches who have weighed in believe you're in the wrong anyway.

Stop trying so damn hard to paint yourself as "Defender of the Truth" when everyone can plainly see that you're simply "Defender of Yourself".
And why does it matter?

Are you saying the debate about the -5 cannot involve anyone using it?

The bottom line is you lost the factual argument, so you needed something else to address. More coaches like you and I play the -5 so you are right...Pathetic!

Will Sim AI be held to this restriction as well or will they continue to sign 8-9 FR in one class? (porkpower - Hall of Famer - 1:08 PM)

No, AI schools are not held to the class size limit, at least not initially but it may be an area we revisit down the road.

-- Why not? On the off chance a Simmy gets a solid class in... Then another coach can jump in and boom, they get a superclass...

zhawks, I was surprised by that answer, too. Didn't make a lot of sense to me, I wonder what the rationale could possibly be.

Is there going to be to stop ineligibles/redshirts from making classes oversized? Also if a team recruits an ineligible will they be more likely to go JuCo and lose a year of NCAA eligibility so the class is uneven... because teams could lose out on good players do to the cap rule (redsoxrootr1 - Rookie - 1:43 PM)

If you were to sign an ineligible player in season 10 and he decides to attend your school but sit out a year, he'll still be part of the freshman class so his class could be no larger than 6. When his 5 classmates graduate at the end of season 13, he could come back for season 14 as a 5th year senior but that will count against the Senior class limit of 6.

-- Am I reading this right? Theoretically. If you could recruit 6 InEl's in 1 year. Get them all to come to campus they would count against your soph class in year 2. Then in year 2 you can recruit 6 fr. Superclass Jr you've got now. Then in year 4, all you're InE's from year 1 decide to stay another year. So you've got 12 seniors. What would happen? Would you have to cut 6 players?

On a lesser scale -- This happens with say 2 InEl's and then a 6 person class. You're stuck with 8 at year 5. Does the system not let you recruit until you cut 2??
