Colonels, you're digging yourself into a hole here. The whole reason you can do that math with the first two is because in the first two examples, each outcome is equally likely.
The coin argument - a coin COULD land on its edge, so by your logic, there's a 33% of a coin coming up heads on any given flip - is a good one.
Say you weight a die so that it will land on "six" the large majority of the time. That coin could land on one, two, three, four, five, or six - so there's a 1/6 chance of it landing on six, right? RIGHT?
