All returning owners are eligible to vote.  1st place teams get 4 votes and last place teams only get one.   If you can't guess how many votes 2nd and 3rd get, you're too dumb to be in the league(or vote if you're a current member).   Full votes can be split.   If you can't figure out what that means, you're too dumb to be in the league(or vote if you're a current member).    Voting ends at 9 AM on 7/20.   Most votes gets first choice and so on down the line until we're full.

Well, I'm going to use the two votes that 'motown gave me.    But I'm going to explain my logic to those who DON'T get them first.

I see someone has NOT mastered the art of NOT reading a post.

OK, sergie, kcden and clutch have all read their sitemails.    I'm using 'motown's two votes that he gave me to use at my discretion on ACEROTHSTEIN.   The logic is simple.   He and four others have "paid their dues" by re-applying season after season.   And he's the only one of the five with enough votes to pass sergie/kcden.  So, the new owners are.......

1.  foulballz, who appears to have interest in Little Rock.
2.  bullet6464, who'll have next option.
3.  ACEROTHSTEIN, who gets the leftovers.
