I have a near identical prospect that I drafted last year that should be ready in 2/3 seasons to replace Pepe and this year has gone to crap
Pitching fatigue is a chief cause of that.

Mink is apparently what you would get if you combined old school bret's ability to identify and acquire talent with moy's ability to manage/maintain it.
