For a 6th season minor leaguer, he's progressed nicely this season, but yeah, I dont expect him to come anywhere close to the numbers he's projected at.  Was he a DITR?
Not sure. He had those projections when I had gotten him. I tried to help him improve some more, but he was coming along so slowly that I thought I had to move him sooner than later before other people realized he'd never reach those great projections.

And neither one is **** Bomber.

I will probably trade each.
I mean, I figured you would...

It is really hard to trade DHs, much less get value out of them.
I have in the past. Not everyone values the right stuff to get these bats in the draft, and if they're groomed appropriately, someone looking for power might have an offer in a few seasons. They'll hold some value.
It took you like 3 seasons to trade Hartman and he is way better than either of those guys.

Even then, I think you had to couple him with a couple of other guys to get the guy you landed.

I am not saying you can't do it, but it is much harder to get the value you think you should with DH's.
I can hold onto these guys as long as I want. With so many people devaluing advanced scouting or training, they might pay higher for the return of a nurtured hitter rather than a raw prospect. I'll move one of them when I get a good enough offer, and I'll include them in a package if it gets me someone even better. I could move forward without really needing to make a deal.

The way I use pinch hitters, if they can get some semblance of an arm, I'd even consider them a serviceable backup catcher.

I'll almost always take a dh if he's already developed.... I don't like to bother with developing players at any position when I can trade for them. BTW.... I really made out with that hartman tessmer deal. Both players were allstars this season while the players I gave up are struggling.

It's actually Kasha and Bowties. But my sister always called it Bowtie and kashi.

Oh.  Too late.  Herb roasted chicken, Latkes with smoked salmon, applesauce, creme fraiche and caviar, challah bread and hamentaschen for dessert.

TM:  I know he has a good glove but are you really starting Emmett Cooke?

Oops.  Only against lefties...but I had him step in against righties when Sheldon was hurt and forgot to reverse it when he came back.
