First game of the CT, we win at the FT line and with offensive boards.

RPI 23, SOS 37

Next up, we get another shot at Dook. I'd love to win, which would also lock up my first 20-win season at UMD.

Maryland is a better undergraduate school than GW in everything, including sports. GW does have a good law school and I think a good medical school.

Will would have been pretty good for me, and would have kept me from signing Henry, so I wish I'd signed him. GW was without a coach after Season 28, too.

Anyways, I'll check in on him because I'm curious about how he develops. Centenary probably wouldn't have gone in on him if I had been alone on his considering list, but they had the same idea that I did, I guess, at the same time.
Rick Lamkin turned out very well indeed...

UConn is ridiculously talented for a 13 seed. I'm definitely not getting off easy here. They've got 4 or 5 future NBA players.

I went uptempo and tried to tire them out and/or foul them out to keep their time limited. I guess they were tired, because they collapsed in the 2nd half. Our offense wasn't great, by any means, but it was good enough. Whittaker had a rough game. Noah stood out (he got slightly injured but he won't be getting any time off).

On to round 2, against a Creighton team that won an upset, and against whom I am favored by 5.

Believe it or not, this was an uptempo game from me and a normal tempo game from them. I didn't really change the gameplan against Creighton, figuring that I was deeper than they. Obviously, defense and rebounding won it.

Up next, 9th seed Tennessee. Yes, really. On the other side of the region is my friend gopokes24 at Wyoming, and UT San Marcos. I am the highest seed in my quarter of the bracket, and I have yet to play in a game in which I am not the favorite. Let's just hope my boys keep it up.

We're ranked again, by the way. 15th.
