I update the list as the players enter the bottom of the world list when listed in order of days remaining. I tried updating in the past as worlds finished but I felt it increased my time spent and increased the chances of error, so now I just wait until the world enters the bottom of the list. Saves me a little time and decreases the chance of errors.
