Okay, I have talked to bulantz and even told dms3 to wait on that pick. His pick is nullified. It has been arisen and before anyone thinks they found a loophole in uno, they are wrong. To play a skip card, the round has to start first. Therefore, you could never skip the first person in a round because they need to choose a team so they can have a stadium. So dms3, you will need to wait. The others that sitemailed about it, it is illegal and cannot be done. Hope that clarifies the rule on the skip card.
