Yes, you should have. If America is 100 times better than Canada, I'd be arrested, if not shot on the spot, the first time I had to deal with Cancuck CS. While the people working for a tip are almost always pleasant, the salaried people are not. It's changed some now, as unemployment has presented employers with lots of job candidates, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
