If people want, can they still do their picks?  I know when I had the 9-5, the weekends were the easiest time for me, instead of the M-F
Only picks done in order will count.

I don't mind people wanting to hurry as along (i prfer it actually), but we are officially on hold.  You can only pick IF EVERY TEAM AHEAD OF YOU HAS PICKED.

We'll keep the same format for next week, rounds 6-10, M-F.


But I'm open to ideas on how to speed things up from rounds 11-23.

It's bad enough being at the ends of the round, let alone having double the players taken before it is your turn. Can't agree with this strategy jmerch.

How about time slots cruched down to every 15 minutes....we wouuld then have two time slots/day.....send proxy's if need be?

I'd love to be able to do two rounds per day, just didn't expect it would fly.

There's nothing to say we couldn't get a round in this weekend. Once bobprobert makes his picks we can go in order and perhaps get a round in this weekend.

probert says to skip him and he'll catch up after work.

you all can begin the next round, but remember, we are working in order, untimed.  You can only pick AFTER everyone ahead of you has picked (other than probert's 2 picks)

I think we keep the draft as it is.  Its hard enough for me to get in one pick a day.  I am sure some others have pretty busy work schedules too.  I can't just drop what I am doing and draft when its time.
