Correct.

As soon a franchise has 12 single-season teams chosen (i.e., no more TBDs), I will open up a draft thread for that franchise in "thejuice6 Theme League Draft Forum", and that group can begin drafting.

There are 24 owners that have 4 teams or fewer. All of them have completed their team selection, excep barracuda3, who can pick his 3rd and 4th teams beginning at 9:10 am today. There are 15 owners who have 6 or more teams. Here is the time stamp of their rounds 3-4 picks.

Since there are no more open spots left, as long as we stay in the same order (as posted above), once barracuda3 picks his final two teams, we can select our teams ahead of the time slot. So after barracuda3 picks his two teams (Giants, Tigers), then thejuice6 can pick his next two teams, then mllama54 can pick his next two teams.
