Kind of hard to say with no development history but, just assuming a bunch of things, I'd rather have the semi-C. I'd hope his AA/PC gets good enough to turn him into a real C because he can handle the bat well enough already. And, with the 82 DUR, you have a lot of flexibility with your C2(great hitter, low DUR-type). The other guy, no matter what, is a 60-70 inning pitcher. And, if his pitches don't improve quite a bit, it's not going to be a dominant 60 innings.
