it's a stupid move on ceez's behalf to not work something out, but it's also the risk you run when you pick up 1/2 of a player's rights without knowing how hard the other 1/2 will be to acquire.

If the picks are not up to date, you can't pick until your time slot. Niko's slot is not up yet. His proxy is in but i would not be able to select until 2:30 if tbook doesn't pick before then.

i'm talking about you, llcoach. i could be mistaken about the format, but my understanding was that tbook was up at 1:30. and if you can't make your pick at that time (which is completely understandable), then we make use of proxy picks to keep the line moving. is that not the plan?
