Yea dms3 pick is allowed. Sorry, dms3 was talking about skipping hawkedup in the first pick, and so did will. dms3 pick is legal. sorry for the confusion.

I am just trying to build best team, not to screw anyone, I just thought that was only way I could get Tudor. Thats why I dont understand the reverse to Joost when there were 2 very good relievers available for the Angels.
