Looking to trade picks with someone...

I've got the third to last pick in Round Two but swing right around with the third pick in Round Three - two picks four picks apart.  I'm looking to move up in the second Round and will gladly switch Second and Third Rounders...IF the woman I want is still available.

I tallied up the votes and here are the results:

So everyone will get 1 P.o.H. pick that they can use in any round they choose. But, they do need to label it as such when they make the selection. Exception being any picks made previous to this post, the owner can go back and label that pick as their P.o.H. pick.
