The big problem I have with this thread is that if a guy rejects your scholarship offer it's possible you could still sign the guy.
wrote that about 10 pages ago. jbrewman just says "your team must be special then." and has since refused to address it. its clear that hes just trolling around .

Maybe this is why jbrewman has played a bunch of seasons but almost never stays at the same school more than 4 or 5 seasons...  Once the residual effects of the previous coach's efforts (existing players, prestige advantages) wears off his crappy recruiting strategy becomes untenable.
Western Michigan would be a great example. New Jersey Tech would be the other. 
NJ tech hasn't done much. B+ prestige when you took them over, still B+ prestige after 7 seasons.

So what is a good example of your "recruiting strategy" working? Going through your teams, doesn't seem like a single one proves your strategy to be superior to the standard phone call, SV, pulldown method.

I brought Ripon and Transylvania from B+ prestige to A+ within 4 seasons. You took over a B+ team and is still B+ after 7 seasons. Ya, you are the better coach and ur recruiting is clearly working.

Sorry my mistake, Transylvania was B- when I took over, so B- to A+ in 4 seasons, while the jewel among ur team is still at B+, just like when you took them over.

Can you take over a nothing team and make them relevant??? that will be your challenge... I could do what you have done with the takeovers... hell anyone could ..
