What I am seeing now is that ranger and steve actually believe being the commish of a world is a position of power lol. Your job as Commish is to:

1. Enforce the HBD rules
2. Enforce any private world rules.
3. Make sure everyone is taking care of their ML and Minors
4. Find replacements when needed. 
5. Recruit for potential openings. 
6. Maybe have to step into a WC argument to calm it down or be the voice of reason.

Other than those and maybe a few more things, the commish is not there to be a "leader" like a boss over the rest. 
Exactly, and this is how I approached it.  A good commish is one you can't remember their name most times.  When I ran for commish it was pretty clear that no rules would be enacted unless world majority wanted them, there was to be no power mongering at all, and that if at any time majority wanted to vote me out, I would step aside no questions asked.  Which is what I did.

Tomhighway, I did not take the position to project power, your assessment of me doing that is wrong.  All I wanted was to create a fun world where owners had respect for each other with some rules that would enable that to foster.

The world was too far gone for this to happen, and the Mouth wasn't about to be upstaged.
That's funny.  You've said "You can't lead those who don't want to be led" more times than you've referenced your badassery.

If you're talking about being a leader, you're talking about being in power.

That's where I was going with it too Mike, I think this thread needs some caracarn action! Maybe he'll be able to speak some sense into ranger. Or maybe just maybe............ no it couldn't be...

According to Wikipedia, Sheepdogs-

-they are sometimes couch potatoes
-has "a clownish energy
- The underside of the ears should be kept clean, and matted hair in the ear canal should be removed periodically by a veterinarian.
