More voter shenanigans in North Dakota. Republicans change the requirements after Heitkamp's win in 2012 to make an id contain an actual physical address. Very much discriminates against native Americans who helped propel heitkamp to her narrow victory. Partisan SC upholds it even after ruling against democrats in the past because it was too close to an election to change voting laws.

Both parties are at times guilty of gerrymandering. There should be a way to resolve.

As long as it is freely given out to anyone affected. How about not fixing something that isn't broken?

For what it's worth...if Kavanaugh is an Originalist, not a Superlegislator, he just might be less likely than other jurists to overturn settled law, such as Roe vs Wade. Especially when a law has been challenged previously. His record is not someone that changes things as he sees fit. And he has quite a fan club, including Kagan, a very liberal Justice. He may surprise you...he managed to convince Senator Collins on his position. She has always been very much pro-choice.

The state courts may whittle away at abortion law, but I don't think the High Court will. My 2 cents.
