FWIW, after my much-derided return to Kansas upon forgetting to renew 2 seasons ago, I did get full resources again... I'd guess that was like June or July, too lazy to look it up.

Chose not to use the money for fairness reasons-- felt lucky enough to have my team back that I didn't want to feel dirty using resources I didn't earn.
And you're a good man for that. And the community thanks you.

If we want seble to insert into the jobs process to help forgetful coaches get their jobs back, with all the coach-switching that entails, this is probably the price we have to pay. It totally makes sense the system would work this way, I don't understand why anyone is being dramatic about it.
Does anyone actually *want* this, or think this is the optimal way for the jobs process to work? What I want is a rational, user friendly system. So in lieu of that, I think a “close this damn loophole already” is pretty fair.

The renewal process works fine.

What a weird thread.

Still upset you forgot to renew Hawaii Pacific, beachhouse?

And sounds like shoe is still salty because he forgot to renew KU.

Get your own houses in order, boys.

I'll admit I've been tempted to exploit the loophole for extra recruiting funds on a season or 2 when my recruiting plans backfired in RS1. However I've always refrained from it and moved on because 1) I don't want to risk losing my team and having to beg for it back and 2) it's not fair to those who are honest in their recruiting efforts and I don't want to be labeled a cheater. But I'll admit it has been a tough decision a time or 2 before. Now that I'm looking back, while I know I will be tempted again in the future, I'm glad to know I did it the right way.
