Please let me apologize beforehand. Late this afternoon, I was informed that the players that played before 1973 did not make enough salary to defer any portion to help navigate the salary cap. Sorry for any inconvenience that this oversight may have caused.

Imagine if Mantle only had 16 eligible seasons. Imagine if we still had Foxx at 1B and Ted Williams at OF? There'd be no cap room for teammates.
