Well, we have no clue if he is willing to resign and also likely a contender with prospects would have given him a good player in return.

I am not saying coyote should have paid the farm...  mink should have gotten at least one ML player in return.  Not getting at least one of those is inexcusable.

That makes it not vetoable.
