You can draft them, sure. But if they don't meet the WIS minimums in 09, then they get dropped in the supplemental round, and players who will play get picked up. We don't have AAA, so there's nowhere for them to go. In short, you're gambling now that these kids come up and contribute this season. But, you still have the fallback position with the supplemental draft.

I am going to place another ad in the Theme League Forum looking for a replacement owner. Plus, there were a couple of other interested parties from replacing Theelfpat. Hopefully, we will fill the slot with minimum disruptions. In the meantime, we'll keep on drafting.

Never do anything on WIS when you're distracted. I once waived Andre Dawson by accident because my wife was reading me a shopping list.
