well, the hawks destroyed us, but it could have been a completely different game if huet hadn't decided to play like an actual goalie for once and stood on his head. we probably still would have lost, but it could have easily been 7-5 if not for huet. and it doesn't matter if the hawks owned us in the playoffs last year (and vancouver too), or whether they owned us both games so far this season. or whether they own us the next two. it only matters when we have to face them this year in the playoffs, and that likely won't be until the second round, so it may not matter at all if somebody else knocks them off. at least they are gonna screw themselves by signing both toews and kane. will be fun watching them implode trying to get under the cap next year. :>

and nick, we won the afternoon game. beat LA with a hat trick from iggy. great to see him scoring again. back to the old formula. kipper stopping pucks and iggy scoring goals. what more do we need? :>

lions got stomped worse than the stamps. gonna be saskatchewan and montreal next week for the grey cup. i won't be watching. i hate them both. :>

haha... I honestly didnt know... I watch NFL on Sundays... makes no sense to poke at the Stamps when your own team gets stomped worse...

Oh well.. we got the Ducks tonight... should be a win given how well we are playing on the road... but, nothing is easy for us these days, so cant count the chickens yet... especially after seeing the Hawks absolutely destroy the Canucks last night
