he was the top scorer on my fourth line.  good faceoff guy.  just too young to be a part of my team.  i'll take him back when he is in his mid thirties
LOL, he'll be tied for my 11th best faceoff man. Defense will be a good spot for him. And I'm going full on rebuild. Check back with me in Season 13. I'd be a little surprised if Gregos didn't knock either Atrain or me out of the final 4 this year.

And I thought the Deuce STARTED with everything maxed so we wouldn't have to plod through the drudgery of doing the upgrades. Cap on in that league and the fact we're not so far along may be a selling point to a newbie.

*puts on GM hat*

man, this thing doesn't fit well at all.

*goes to work*
minimum offer gets them. I just want to clear deadwood so they aren't taking a share of the improvements from guys I'm rebuilding around. I want to concentrate the training in my core.

That Juelfs is just interesting. He's probably a 76 overall after one practice, and he has a unique combination of attributes and a power shot icon. 95/74 OFF/DEF, excellent 96 passing, high attitude-stamina-potential means he should age fairly well.

Mussell just needs to get out of the way after sleeping on it. Another guy that's scored some big goals for me, but I either need someone better, or to create the ice time for someone with the potential be better. But Mussell has decent speed,  great stamina, good attitude and can shoot. His OFF/DEF just isn't moving. He scores as many goals in relation to ice time as anyone.

raise the tv contracts and drop the cap and the interest will raise itself
Then we'll have two identical leagues.

Oh, and Speedy, not to be a pain in the butt, but please hurry the **** up so I don't have to start Earl Thing on Opening Night. Kthxbi.

Just got off work. Trade accepted. Speed does a little free agent shopping, picking up a youngin' with fourth line potential down the line and another goalie.

i was wondering who was going to take that goalie

y'know what I'd be OK with?

A 40-game schedule where we played each other four times.

Pitty,

I just copied you in on a sitemail I just sent out to a bunch of old SIM Hockey friends. Recruiting drive underway.

Solid effort, B.  Let's hope it produces some fruit.

Well, I figured honesty was the best policy. Can't say it's the greatest thing since sliced bread when 70% of the originals quit it, though not all because they weren't having fun. Hockey, for example, isn't near a computer half the year, Disco took sick there for awhile, I think Wiggy started getting reliably bent over, and Sleepy decided it wasn't worth getting fired over. Only a couple of the guys (Blackdog and TDK) actually said they lost interest in it.

If it gets under your skin, you're in for life. If you like it, you love it; if you don't you don't.

Still, I miss the Detroit Falcons and Wolves, the Sin City Tomcats, Phucking Phucks, Columbus Mad Cows, Flaming C, Hockey's Goons, Wig Hockey, Nebrasks Blackshirts and derSchwanzablokken.

And especially Canuck Flyers, Raleigh Wolfpack, Seattle Slashers, Capitals, Dakota Bison.

I don't want to have to learn to live without the NY Groove, but it looks like I'm gonna have to.

Franchise cornerstone if Sergei ever makes a team?

Salisbury Striper Swipers has payed off player Dong Kash (81)'s contract and dumped him off their team.
