And its a muslim ritual to dispose of the body within 24 hours. Supposedly burial at sea is an islamic ritual--especially if the body would be at risk to be dug up and desecrated.
 
There are photos/videos of the whole process that havent been released yet and DNA evidence that its him.
so they have his DNA?   what are they gonna match it to.  Is his DNA on file?

No...but his family's is.
