Paul Ryan opposed the stimulus.

Everyone who understands the economy could see the stimulus was doomed to fail.

That doesnt mean that if you are forced to pay for it, that you shouldnt get some of the benefits.

Everytime Obama farts, gas prices go up by a nickel.
