are there lots of DII and DIII teams that have more than six in every class? seems mathematically unlikely to me
if so, then do you really think the 6 in a class problem is a permanent problem or a one cycle constraint? it has been a while since I took over a SIM DII or DIII team, but I would expect that one could take over a SIM controlled team and adjust class sizes by cutting guys at the appropriate times
explain why this is permanent?
