zero proof ? how about evidence starting with dr notes from 2012......polygraph evidence.........patterns of behavior.........there were people not questioned.....enough evidence accumulated is sufficient to make a case including in a court of law where it is only about evidence.....enough evidence accumulated counts as proof under the standards.

LOL.....at least 6 statements written under penalty of perjury that he absolutely has been blackout drunk. His own words in both emails and commencement speech also allude to blacking out and not remembering things that had happened. Plenty of corroboration.

OK. I hear that.

You won't get the US Senate to impeach a Supreme court justice regarding his college drinking 35 years ago, or his comments about it. Impeachment would be about good behavior pertaining to his time on the bench. His work record is beyond reproach.

Regarding his political comments during the confirmation hearing, he is not the first justice to do so.RBG has made comments about Republicans. He was under duress, fighting for his innocence. He has since expressed remorse for those comments, and emphasized that he will be fair and impartial. I don't think either require removal.

He won’t ever be removed from the bench. There is a chance he becomes one of eleven instead of one of nine in a couple years.

We ll just keep increasing the # LOL
