I think that I shall never hear A poem lovelier than beer. The brew that Joe’s Bar has on tap, With golden base and snowy cap. And there I’ll sit and drink all day Until my mem’ry floats away. Poems are made by fools, I fear But only Schlitz** can make a beer.

If nothing else this is giving me ideas to make my evals interesting....

It’s actually from Mad Magazine way back when Schlitz was still a beer.

Regarding your poll, that is the worst part of it. I usually don't care too much about how super fast I pick (insert wise/arse comment here), but when things heat up and you're in the on deck circle and it's dragging on that's when you feel the pressure.

I'm just going to do what DH did, wise man. I'm sending a proxy of one (2 i guess for round 6) and hope for the best. Proxies are especially hard in the 6th because I need two distinct things and it's a pain in the butt to over prep 3 versions of bench usage and 3 versions wing D.

Maybe this is just me, but I don’t want to make the guy behind me wait. I took over two hours to make my first pick in this draft and I feel bad about that. I took two hours because I was asleep, but I still feel bad about it. What drives me up the wall though is when I get to the on deck circle. I don’t know if the guy in front of me is going to pick in five minutes or five hours (or 16 hours) so I check over and over because I don’t want to make the next guy wait because I’m not checking. If he doesn’t pick soon I get a little frustrated and start checking less often and that leads directly to anarchy. At this point I no longer have any idea what I am saying….. I want to go take a nap.

I think I’m going to write a limerick about the draft. What rhymes with cem6989?

That may rhyme.

The odds that everyone who has voted so far all picked the same Midge are astronomical.

Only voted because I was curious about this and looks like I’m the odd man out. Which means that the first 8 did indeed all vote for the same Midge.

Hello Rifton,
Just want to provide context as to why sometimes we may not pick right away.
Some of us have jobs and families.
That may get in the way of us checking our WIS sitemail sometimes.
We do our best, however as I am 3 days early with the pick, please provide me and others with some grace. It's greatly appreciated.
Not trying to be a jerk man, I am just really busy right now.
