Today is my prep day for a colonoscopy tomorrow.
I woke up in the middle of a dream this morning about a corned beef sandwich. Just corned beef with mustard.

I have a new strategy for this one. Yesterday I had no solid food except one measily slice of premium 9 carb slice of white bread with margarine/butter. Otherwise I had 2 large wonton soups hold the wontons.
I stopped eating after 9 pm on Saturday. I’ll have one more wonton less soup before noon today. Basically I’ll have had no solid food for about 44 hours when my prep starts. I have had plenty of coffee and ice tea.

The last supper was Spaghetti Bolognese.

So it should be a good prep. The stuff I use has no taste. I use water. Way way better then gatoraid. It starts to taste sickening after 3 or 4 glasses.
