Corey saved the team tonite ,47 saves ,they took Columbus lightly  tonite...lucky to  get the 2 points..I almost feel a little sorry for Luongo because if management gives him a game soon  and caves in  due to his salary ..he is going to have enormous pressure on him to equal what Schneids is doing..last 2 games 47 and 43 saves..i dont recall Luongo  ever doing that?

So now that we are back to mediocre goaltending and the win one lose one scenario ..watching Luongo do snow angels on his face...how long before management realizes the monumental mistake they are about to make by trading C.Schneider?..i would love to see Luongo have back to back 43 and 47 save nites ..iam realistic enough to know that is a pipe dream..for the longest time 20 shots on Luongo guarantees the opposition 2-3 goals..and if Luo sh!ts the bed is Vigneault gonna pull the trigger too early like he did with Corey? i dont think so ,,in this league salary and rep calls the shots ..while long suffering fans continue to be cheated ..

apart from Lecavalier's 7.7 mil cap hit from now until 2020.

That would trade one anchor contract for another.  Luongo is 5.3 from now to 2022.

It was finally a good S/O performance by Luo. Nice come back by the team. I love the fact that the fans were taunting Luo by chanting his name only to lose the game.

It was a good comeback...........Booth will be missed.....BUT, Mason Raymond looked great.  Can't wait to get Booth back....This team is FAST FAST FAST.  Add a few more pieces and this team will be primed for another deep playoff run.

This team is going to win the div and posibly the conferance.

Good win  and Luongo wasnt tested that much, but he got the win ,that is what counts.  Gillis really needs to address this issue with a legit thug..we cant have guys like Neil running around taking shots at Hodgson,Sedin,Kesler..we can spare a roster spot for a thug ,so this crap doesnt happen ..we lost Booth already ..these top guys keep getting run and the Canucks cup chances suffer ...it is inexcusable  that these soft high end players take shots like this..sure the pp will make teams pay ..but at what expense?...we need a head crusher just to keep teams honest..i cant see why Gillis doesnt see that?

WANTED RANGERS TO GIVE HIM A FAIR SHOT

Most teams just don't have the talent to compete with the Canucks, so have to resort to head shots and dirty plays.  There only chance is to try and intentionally injur as many Canucks as they can.  Ottawa used to be good team, now they have a bunch of no talent neanderthals who can't keep up.

Having the number onbe power play (which has directly won many games this season) and the leagues clamp down on head shots just does not seem to keep the games clean.  Maybe a thug whos only job is to make the opponents shake every time he touches the ice is what the Canucks need, at least for the regular season.

Weise is a good 4th liner ,scored a nice goal ..but he doesnt scare anybody with his fighting or intimidation..we can dbl shift one of the better players on the 4th line and keep a thug on the bench to tame idiots like Neil when they get out of hand

 Spezza needed to take a few big hits last nite or Alfredsson...if the opposition takes runs at the Sedins or Hodgson or Kesler then Spezza and Alfredsson are gonna suffer..if you take a minor up by 2-3 goals to run a high end forward on Ottawa you do it and send a message ,this turn the other cheek crap cost us the cup
