The Little Rock Rampage from the AL South are available immediately for an owner that is willing to commit to the remainder of this season and next (season 3).

MikeT23 is nursing the Little Rock team for the remainder of season 2. We do still need an owner to take over Little Rock for season 3 and beyond however.

Unbiased Little Rock franchise evaluation:

They have 41 players who can play a significant role in the majors. 20 position players, 21 pitchers. Only one is not signed for next season and he's 34 so he's on the downside of his career anyway.

Of the 20 positions players, 12 are less than 27. 17 of the 21 pitchers are less than 27.

This team looks like a contender for the next 5-6 seasons. The only drawback I see is payroll. 82m is on the books for next season(47m for the season after) and I'd go after a big hitting 1B and at least one pitcher on the free agent market. I don't see how one could budget less than 100m next season(if you're wanting to win next season and in the future). So, if you're seeking budget flexibility, this one might be tough.

No problem. I should mention that there are 15 players on the DL. Only one ML player. 5 minor league pitchers on the DL will pitch in the bigs. I didn't include these guys in my analysis because I got lazy.

As far as my resume goes, I have 2 teams other HBD teams (both are competitive) and I check on them every day I am near a computer. I am looking for one more team in a active, enjoyable world and may even drop my SLLA team if this one keeps me busy (the SLLA world has few active owners).

tmf12, I joined this league for Season 2 and I think NABCL is one of the best leagues out there. I am currently in 5 leagues, and this is one of the most active ones I am in with owners that appear to me to regularly check their teams and participate in Chat (no offense meant to my other leagues, especially FYC and Sandberg which are great leagues as well). In fact, the only drawback about NABCL is that we now have MikeT in it, but thankfully that will be fixed after this season ends.

I may punish you for that by refusing to give the team up.
