They have 41 players who can play a significant role in the majors. 20 position players, 21 pitchers. Only one is not signed for next season and he's 34 so he's on the downside of his career anyway.
Of the 20 positions players, 12 are less than 27. 17 of the 21 pitchers are less than 27.
This team looks like a contender for the next 5-6 seasons. The only drawback I see is payroll. 82m is on the books for next season(47m for the season after) and I'd go after a big hitting 1B and at least one pitcher on the free agent market. I don't see how one could budget less than 100m next season(if you're wanting to win next season and in the future). So, if you're seeking budget flexibility, this one might be tough.
