only minor tweaks to the practice plan, so I'm not documenting it.

Up to #3! Nice. Considering we were unranked to start the season, that's a pretty big deal. I still have a ways to go, obviously, before climbing any higher in the polls...and rankings don't mean anything in relation to postseason success. The toughest teams I've played have come to my place. Granted, it doesn't give that much of an advantage, so maybe it's akin to a neutral court game.

Anyways, I'm enjoying this season (especially considering how poorly my other teams are doing...all are in building/rebuilding modes right now and this is my only current success story).
