True that - my marching orders, tho, were to draft 'good for five seasons.' The pitchers you're talking about are good for a season or two only. Not really a lot of long term pitching talent .

I see one dude with 8 200+IP seasons, 4 of which have ERC+ > 110 and a 5th with 109, another with 12 200+IP seasons, 4 of which have ERC+ > 115 plus a year with ERC+ >120 with just under 200 IP... another guy with just under 1000 IP with ERC+ > 120... there's still some good guys out there...

It looks to me that there really are not that many good players out there and whoever manages their spew the best will shine. Comments please. I am in my second progressive and still trying to learn. I have only 15 names on my list of guys I really want to draft. after that it's whatever is in the fridge. and I do wish I could reconstruct Teddy Ballgame from his head in my freezer.

The whole fun of progressives is finding the diamond in the rough, there are definitely more than 15 players who are valuable. We are only drafting from 2 seasons, there are players who will perform and help a team win.
