I have a draft rule question. Alebenta has missed his pick so far today; I made my 2:30 EDT pick. Does Stain have to wait until 3:00 to make his pick, or could he have picked as soon as I made my selection?

As long as we're caught up until that day, as soon as the guy before you goes, you can go. Taint can clarify if I'm wrong, but that's usually how it goes.

For example, if the 12pm and 1230pm guys miss their pick and the 1pm guy makes his on time, the 130pm guy is now on the clock.
